    My Xbox isn’t producing any sound, but only on specific games (Call of Duty and NBA 2k to be specific) but is working normally when playing other games and apps, such as Netflix. It was working perfectly this morning; it’s feels somewhat hot now. Could
    it just be overheated? Anyone else have this issue or have any suggestions?

    Check the ingame settings for 5.1 surround sound turn off and try to use stereo2.0 and watch you Xbox audio settings what's on there.

    Hi there,

    Try rebooting your Xbox. For your television try removing the power plug after it has been turned off and plugging it back in and resetting your audio settings.

    I have this issue once a year or so because I don't turn off my devices properly.
