Games Not Available In Brazil

Hi, guys

I would really like to know why there are a few games still unavailable in Brazil, such as "TESLAGRAD", "FRAGMENTS OF HIM" and "VOLGARR THE VIKING".

I know these games and there is absolutely nothing wrong with their content, and they have all been released quite some time ago. Brazil is not the kind of country which prevents release of any kind of content. We all have GTA, The Witcher, Mass Effect, Mortal
Kombat, etc, all officially. It took us quite some time to finally get "THE FLAME IN THE FLOOD" available in the brazilian Live Store, and it is a more recent game than the others I previously mentioned.

Can the Microsoft support help us with this? I tried contacting the developers weeks ago, but got no reply. I really want to purchase those games, specially TESLAGRAD.

Hello there! Availability varies per region. This may mean that the Developer/Publisher of the game didn't give any license to have them on sale on specific regions such as Brazil in this case. These types of concerns always fall on the developer's discretion
which Console manufacturer's such as Microsoft/Xbox have no control over.

It's really strange that the games I mentioned are available on Steam and PSN but not on Live. Maybe these developers have something specifically against the Xbox community in Brazil, which would require an explanation.

I think the localization isn't an issue when dealing with the brazilian market. We get exact american versions of many games. For example, The Banner Saga was released here with translation to portuguese language, but they didn't bother with The Banner Saga
2: they wanted to release it on the same date as the USA, so they released the exact same version for both countries. It happens with so many games here - and we don't really care, since we've been playing games in english for over 20 years - I don't think
localization would really be a problem when concerning the brazilian release of Teslagrad or any other game already released in the USA.
