Games No Longer Working

Hi, I am part of the preview program and Xbox Support told me to post here, but 2 games will not actually download to my Xbox One. We went through all the troubleshooting steps of installing and uninstalling along with factory resets, network connection
troubleshooting, clearing hard drive space and removing and re-adding my account to the xbox one. We have also tried y other Xbox One system and still no go.

I was advised to post here before they can take any further steps. The two games are Mortal Kombat X and WWE 2K15. I was successful in installing 3 other games: State of Decay: GOTY Edition, Black Ops 3 Deluxe Edition and NBA 2K16... Al the games are digital
games purchased over Xbox Live via the Xbox One Store. The games would work at one time but i uninstalled them to clear space months ago, and now that i reinstalled them, they will not launch.

The error given at launch says: Sorry "NAME*OF*GAME" Took too long to start. Please try again.... There is no error code.

The CS Rep i spoke too says it may be something with the preview programs newest update restricting the download or an error on the programs side.

I have tried on both a preview program registered xbox, and a non preview program registered xbox and they both give the same error.

HDMI no longer working

I have this exact same problem which I posted in a different topic. I have tried everything including new hdmi cables etc. Please take a look at my topic as I stated some of the methods I tried.

HDMI no longer working

So out of nowhere my HDMI no longer works. My TV is just blank. I unplugged it from my Xbox and put it in my PS3 and that worked fine. Why would it work on that, but not my Xbox? Luckily I still had my component cables, and am using that right now. Anyone
know anything about this or have this happen?

Since you are a member of the preview program you would probably be better served posting in the preview forums.

If that doesn't help I'm afraid the issue might be a damaged disc.
