Games no longer playable

Games on Game Pass are only playable with an active Game Pass or Ultimate subscription. If Darksiders III has been taken off Game Pass, it will no longer be playable even if you still have it installed.

Hi, the game was playable via Gamepass, but is no longer in the subscription. It must be purchased normally in the store.

Prey has left Game Pass and is therefore no longer playable.

Hope that clears that up for you.

Actually that's usually a licensing issue. If you've recently switched consoles or had yours repaired, you would need to perform a license transfer.

I apologize for the frustration which you're experiencing. Unfortunately, the Games, DLC, Content, etc, are all tied to the the associated Gamertag/console you bought with/downloaded. This is why you're experiencing these issues.
