Games no longer owned?

There are a few games i USED to OWN as in i Bought with my own money. On that list of i know for a fact i bought is 7 Days to Die, Mortal Kombat XL, State of Decay from the 360 days of gaming, and of course i got Sleeping Dogs for free with gold (when that was a thing). But ever since i bought the Gamepass Ultimate, it took me a while to notice that those games weren't my OWNED games anymore. I've reset and restarted my console many of times as others have suggested and even contacted support themselves to have them tell me i don't own these games when i know for a fact i purchased them and why i purchased them because of specific memories i had with each of those games. I bought 7 Days to Die years ago because i saw Mark and Wade (youtubers) playing it so i bought it for me and my best friend to play which caused him, himself to buy a Hard copy of the game so we could play without him coming over and now i supposedly dont own the game anymore which is horsecrap. I bought mortal combat XL to play with Friends when they came over and specifically XL so i would have all the DLC and characters and remembered using Cyber Sub-zero a lot, but again it says i do not own the game that i clearly bought. State of Decay i had for a LONG TIME. Ever since 360 days i had that game and it was like 25 or 30 bucks. as soon as it released on Xbox One i immediately purchased it. I glorified it more than the second state of decay. Now i SUPPOSEDLY DO NOT OWN IT AND HAVE TO REPURCHASE IT. Now here's the one that really Reddens my Rear. I got Sleeping Dogs for free through Xbox Gold and remember that specifically. I enjoyed the game so much i bought the DLC and could tell you I wore the yellow Jumpsuit the most and remembered the Halloween-ish DLC. I hoped for years they would have went through with a live action movie for the Sleeping Dogs game but never did. I OWNED that and somehow i don't own it anymore and have to repurchase the game. I personally feel as if there is a bug in the system. If this keeps happening I'm gonna pull my Hair out.

Exists the possibility that you purchased the game with a different account. Let's try to find the account used to purchase this game

For this please go to your Microsoft account order history
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Once there, make sure to change the "3 months" filter and use instead "All available" next to "Ordered within"
Then start looking each item purchased with your account and see if you're able to find the game with order status "completed"

If you have more than one email please check the order history with each one

I have never had a game taken away from my account. This is definitely a case for Microsoft Customer Support. Please contact support about this issue!

Have you checked your download history to see if this item is there? To check your download history you can try one of the following 2 methods:

Download History from the Xbox 360 Console

1) Sign in to Xbox LIVE using the gamertag that you used when you originally purchased the content.

2) Go to settings and select Account.

3) Select Download History.

4) Browse your download history and find the item you want to download again.

5) Select the item, and then select Download Again.

Download History from the Xbox.com Website

1) Go to https://live.xbox.com/en-US/download/history

2) Once signed in your should see any content you have tried to download

3) Find Tomb Raider and click Add to Queue.

The next time the Xbox is connected to Xbox Live it will be added to the Active Downloads queue, which is where I believe you were initially looking. Let us know if this helps.

This is what has made me concerned for our digital gaming future. What if the parent company can rescind your purchaser whenever they want? I doubt this is the case for you. Im sure customer support will clear this right up.
