    Hi, i have PCgame pass beta, my games each time you make update of gamepass or whatever, i can't launch my game; it's not serious. I have a low connexion, i can reloadd 80 g each week by games . i have load for 3 days CMacRae 109g, i played a 3 days, i want
    to laucnch it now and black screen,What's wrong with you?! With Halo, same problem, i want download Halo2 anniversary, cant load and by the way the same issue with Halo1. If it can be fixed, sorry there no benefit for me to have mre times spending in dl than
    actually really play it. Shame on you.

    Be better for me to go on piracy, and have a game which always work...

    The first course of action in thia case will be to uninstall and reinstall the game, as well as a full power cycle. This should hopefully correct the issue, please let us know if you need additional assistance!

    Hello, When I run the game the logo pops up and then disappears and the game does not launch. The game starts sometimes, I was able to play 30min.

    The games is well installed, I have all the updates and drivers OK.

    My config: W10, i7-4790, GTX 970, SSD.





    Strangely it's been several times that I test from 6pm and the game does not launch. Do you have problems with the game server? I wish I could play the game how to do it? I've already tested a lot of things seen on the forums.

    Can you help me please?
    Have tried several times and the games open but close in 2 seconds and won't launch

    Unbelievable ! it works! you only have to download a small app and Gears of war start correctly. I will finally be able to play it. Thank you so much for this tip.
