    Games no loading? Crashing to Dashboard


    Ok. Just as a heads up. I've been through this a few times. The first console I sent back to Dell to get another because it would not cut on. This console I just got back from Xbox. I sent it in because it would not load games. It loads demos fine. I download
    Forza 5 from the store because I have the digital download for it. I go to play the game once the download is COMPLETELY done and it crashes to dashboard immediately. I have the disc version of Dead Rising 3 and have installed that and have the same problem.
    I don't think I should be stuck playing demos only. When is this going to be fixed? Obviously it is not a hardware issue. It is looking like a software issue.

    assassins creed origins keep crashing on xbox one x

    i have play the game for 150 hours no crashing

    since update 1.20 it crashing and kick me back to dashboard

    Lot of XBOX One games keeps crashing to dash

    All my games are crashing to dashboard as well... And hard reboot helps 45 mins tops...And Mister Urkel every person in this forum is saying there being booted/crashed to the dashboard from in game..I see no different complaints in here. .. Just one...y
    is our $500 console booting/crashing to the dashboard on every game? There's enough complaints just on this forum to have this issue brought to someone's attention in the tech department. . Please!

    Games no loading? Crashing to Dashboard

    Can you try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts off? Then you can restart the console and see if you still have the same issue.

    I've done this. I've power cycled. Factory reset it. Tried everything I saw on these forums so far.

    Fifa 14 always needs me to reset the Xbox before i can play.

    I have a similar problem that every time i load fifa it crashes back to dashboard and then crashes my XB1 to the point i can no longer play the game.

    Hi, I just tried this and am still getting the same issue.

    Just crash to dashboard while the game loads up.

    Edit - it won't even load the base game now.

    My Xbox crashes and powers off within 10 minutes of it being on???

    Well after letting it sit for awhile Ive had it on the dashboard. But once I loaded a game up it crashed the console again.
