Discus and support Games never save in Xbox Beta in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I'm writing this topic bc I'm really tired.     Games never save in Xbox Beta


    I'm writing this topic bc I'm really tired.

    Everytime when I run a game on Xbox beta (PC) I start the game, play, save, exit and when I run it again its like I've never played the same game before and the tutorial runs again.
    It happens since october 2019 when I acquired the xbox gamepass and it was never solved.
    Some games actually works fine like Hollow Knight which I didn't have any trouble but most part of xbox library has this problem.

    Until now I've seen this happens in 3 games: Human Fall Flat, Enter the Gungeon and F1 2018 GP.

    I contacted xbox support and they answered I had to clear my cache, which I did and didnt solved.

    Please help me!!!!!!

    I dont know what to do anymore

    That's strange. I'll see if I can find some issues of this happening with other Windows Store apps and get back to you on what I can find.

    I am curious if you have another drive? Or even an external drive? I am curious if you set it to install on a different drive if you see the same issues? This might help identify if it's a Windows, Windows Store, or possibly Profile issue.

    Windows Central has a pretty good guide on how to install apps to a different drive in Windows here.
    So I reinstalled it on my other drive and didn't solved the problem

    What to do now?

    Touche! Do you still have the game saves from the GOW3 Beta? Are the Beta game saves and full game saves on the same storage device?
