    I uninstalled 3 of my games but when I tried to reinstall them I realized that they were missing. I want to get them back but

    I have to pay for them, again. What happened?

    You'll receive codes for the BC Gears games in an Xbox Live message. They are going out in waves, so don't worry quite yet if you haven't received them - the original date given for the codes going out was December 1st, but some people seem to be getting
    them a bit early.

    are you sure you have purchased them with the account you are now using to download them?

    Only the account that purchased the content will be able to download them.
