Games Missing

I own both Sea of Thieves and Forza Horizon 4 on PC but neither show up in my games library or order history on my account.

I've checked all of my accounts.

I 100% own both of them as I've played them before and have plenty of progress in both games.

If I go to Forza.net which is the site for Forza games I can sign in, when I click that it asks me to sign in using a Microsoft account, so I input my exact same details as I have for the Microsoft Store and when I go to Forza Horizon 4 it shows achievements and things which proves that I own the game and on this specific account but for some reason Microsoft Store doesn't believe so.

And I think the same is happening with Sea of Thieves.

So how do I get these games that I 100% own ?

As I said I've checked my order history for all of my accounts and changed the filter from it's default '3 months' to 'all' and I've checked the Microsoft Store games library and unchecked 'show installed products only' and nothing, they're simply gone.

I'd really appreciate it if Microsoft wouldn't steal from me.

I've tried contacting support but it's absolutely useless, they say they have a web chat which is a lie, apparently contacting random gamers in the community or the ai chat bot is what they call web chat these days and I can't call because I'm deaf
