Games missing

I've had the same Xbox account since 2008, I've had stuff disappear after system updates before but after following updates they were usually back. Then ofcourse the issues with gamepass in the past saying I didn't own games after I stopped paying for gamepass that I had owned prior to the subscription. Now recently I've lost a couple dozen games. I had almost 600 games in total after over a decade of purchases. Now I'm sitting at 500. The only reason I really took notice is that I was about to do my yearly play of Skyrim. I specifically know that I got both a physical copy the day it released then a digital copy shortly after to avoid using the disc. Later on Xbox one I got it again since I could use mods then, fun fun. The system has updated a few times since then and my games aren't back. I can't even get my purchase history because it won't load anything longer than a year at all. 100 games disappearing is like Microsoft stealing 6k from me. I've tried contacting but the few people I spoke to weren't any help. I used to use the live chat but now it seems that's gone. I'm done calling people and I'm about done with Xbox now. 100 games disappearing and a middle finger is what I get for a decade of gaming, being an enforcer, an ambassador, and for years of alpha skip ahead program.
