    Why can't I see many games in the XBGP PC library. For example SKYRIM, or the option to preinstall Dark Alliances?

    There is also the possibility that some games are age restricted and require your account to be a certain age or older to access some games within the library.

    the clean boot didnt change anything.

    i have the same issue across my devices (laptop and desktop). However, I can find and install the games via the MS web store.

    Do you mean to say that yes there are geo restrictions?

    There won't be any age related issues. If anything I may be too old to play games.
