Games missing from ready to install

Check if you can download the games directly from the xbox marketplace. If you have purchased them under your account you will have no issues downloading them again.

All games under that page should show up in your console's Ready Install page. If not, you may need to contact official Xbox Support to check your account:

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with issues with your ready to install games seemingly vanishing.

I would suggest that if you're seeing it like that from booting your console to either try removing and redownloading your account as outlined in our support site entitled

How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One.

If that doesn't work, you might want to try what we call a soft reset of your console, as this could be from an update incompletely.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step a variety of problems.

I just would suggest to make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games and apps.

In your ready to install list, make sure that the option in the upper right corner is set to ALL. Also make sure that the missing games were Games With Gold, and not just Free Play Days.

Also know that you can only play your Games With Gold if you have an active Gold membership. As for Xbox 360 games, if they were Games With Gold before the arrival of backwards compatibility, they may not be compatible thus not apear in your ready to install
list. You can see a full list of compatible games at xbox.com/backcompat

As for hidden games, LB+RB+X only displays the hidden items, to unhide them, you need to press the Menu button on the game and select the corresponding option.

Just make sure that you are checking on the account that purchased them.

Another thing to note would be if someone had your Xbox One set as their home Xbox, and no longer do.
