Games missing from "ready to install" page

I have been noticing my games slowly disappearing from my "ready to install" page. For example I own gears of war 1.

I can search it up from the store and I can download it from there but it doesn't show up in my "games and apps".

I hope that this gets fixed because I'm missing atleast 30 games there and have no clue what games are missing except gears. Maybe I could search them up from "purchase history" but that takes forever and it most likely doesn't show games that I downloaded
when they were free.

This has happened to one of my friends as well and possibly many others.

And before you ask...

- I have the latest system update.

- I am not in any preview ring.

- Reseting my xbox to factory defaults doesn't fix it.

- Power cycling doesn't fix it.

- I am not using a filter in my games and apps (should show every game I own)

Also forgive me. English isn't my first language.

Did you happen to hide them at some point? You can see how to hide and unhide games here from Xbox Support.

Well now it shows 20 more games but still gears of war 1 is missing. Also noticed that forza horizon 2 is also missing. And both games are digital and can be downloaded from the store.

Edit: forza motorsport 5 also missing

Check if you can download the games directly from the xbox marketplace. If you have purchased them under your account you will have no issues downloading them again.

All games under that page should show up in your console's Ready Install page. If not, you may need to contact official Xbox Support to check your account:

Hey there Doctor!

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with issues with your ready to install games seemingly vanishing.

I would suggest that if you're seeing it like that from booting your console to either try removing and redownloading your account as outlined in our support site entitled

How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One.

If that doesn't work, you might want to try what we call a soft reset of your console, as this could be from an update incompletely.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step a variety of problems.

I just would suggest to make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games and apps.
