    Games missing from my Xbox Live Account.


    I have been downloading the free Games with Gold monthly games for quite some time. For both the Xbox 360 and One.

    As my brother's Xbox One was the only one in the family I used his to log on with my gamertag, everyone else logged out, and downloaded the free games.

    I've done this with my gamertag as well as his and my sister's. But now that I bought a Xbox One on my own, I find that two games are missing from my account.

    Rayman Legends and Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition.

    I know for sure that I should have Rayman Legends, as when it was released I had my brother's Xbox One at my house, and I downloaded it first on his account, started it, uninstalled it, logged into my account, downloaded it, started it and played it, to make
    sure. And then I uninstalled it, logged into my sister's account and downloaded and installed and played it.

    I since that day played it several times on my account/gamertag. Yet now I don't have it credited to my account.

    My brother has been logging into my gamertag and downloading games with gold for me since, and they are all accounted for except Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition.

    I would like some help from Xbox Support Staff to look into this issue.

    Okay appearantly there is nothing in my purchase history about it, and I was pretty sure I got it on my account but maybe I did not.

    Thanks for the help tho. Ill just play other games then :x
