    Games missing from my Xbox Account


    Hi, I have had an Xbox account on a friends console where I also bought gold and some games (the game in question however is For Honor Standard Edition which was free for gold users in August)

    So I have gotten the standard version of For Honor for free, then I went on PC and loged into my Xbox Account there to play Sea of Thieves with the Game Pass.

    Now I have an Xbox One myself and when I log into my account all games are missing, the Gamepass was still not activated and offered me a 14 day trial, but I still had gold, but For Honor standard edition is Full price for me again in the store ???

    Please help.

    Missing Ready To Install Games

    I am having the same issue - I only have one account and no developers account. On my Xbox One X, I am missing all the digital games I purchased but never installed is missing. When I sign in to my Microsoft account online, all my games are there, but when
    I tried installing it from my computer to my Xbox, it does nothing. Any help would be great.

    Unauthorized purchase.

    There was an unauthorized arcade game bought on my account by someone in my household, that was using my Xbox at that time.

    Is there anyway this can be reversed? The game was Marvel vs Capcom 2. 600 MSP missing from my account from it.

    My Xbox Games, which will show all the games the account owns. If the game is not on the list, it is possible the game may have been purchased on a different account. The

    order history of a Microsoft account     can be viewed by clicking the link we provided. Review the order history to locate the purchase of For Honor Standard Edition. If further investigation is needed, please contact the
    Xbox Support Team to review the account. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Okay appearantly there is nothing in my purchase history about it, and I was pretty sure I got it on my account but maybe I did not.

    Thanks for the help tho. Ill just play other games then :x

    on your XBONE, go to My Games and Apps and highlight Just Cause 3, then press the menu button (3 horizontal lines) and select manage game and add-ons to see if you can reinstall the DLC from there

    Yep, on my account, when I got the console in the winter. They aren't under "installed" nor "ready to install", and when I check the Just Cause 3 page on the store it just has the option to buy the DLC again. No external hard drive, power cycle didn't
    solve it.
