Games missing from marketplace?

Went to buy the Jackbox party pack game that i saw on the marketplace a while back and its not there anymore. A quick google search turns up nothing.

If a completed achievement hasn't appeared online after 72 hours, your console may not be connected to Xbox Live. If you completed an achievement or challenge while offline, you won't receive related notices or rewards until you connect to Xbox Live. Once
you connect to Xbox Live, try unlocking the achievement again.

To resolve your concern, you can follow the steps on the suggested methods below: 



Method 1. Power cycle your Xbox One console.

You can reset, perform a full power cycle, or physically disconnect your Xbox One console to reboot it completely and fix many common issues. This process does not erase any of your games or data.

Here are the steps: 

1. 1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely. 
   

1. 2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
   

1. 3. Plug the console power cable back in.
   

1. 4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.  
   

Method 2. Clear the storage cache on the console.
Here are the steps: 

1. 1. Press the menu key on the controller.  
   

1. 2. Go to Settings, and then select Disc & Blu-Ray.  
   

1. 3. In the Blu-Ray section select Persistent Storage.  
   

1. 4. Select Clear persistent storage.
   

Method 3. Clear Mac address.

1. Here are the steps: 
   

1. 1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.  
   

1. 2. Select Settings.  
   

1. 3. Select All Settings.  
   

1. 4. Select Network.  
   

1. 5. Select Network settings.  
   

1. 6. Select Advance settings.  
   

1. 7. Select Alternate MAC address.  
   

1. 8. Select Clear.
   

Method 4. Run the Network Connection Test on your console.

1. 1. Scroll left from Home to open the guide.
   

1. 2. Select Settings.
   

1. 3. Select All Settings.
   

1. 4. Select Network.
   

1. 5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
   

1. 6. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select Test network connection.
   

Once the console connects to Xbox Live, check the game progress again.

Log missing from game

I am missing Natalie Bright log 10. I have done the dungeon 3 times , rebooted the Xbox and tried again but the log is not on the pipe at the end where it should be.

I bought it 2 hours ago and it hasn't started downloading.

 

so here is what i figured out, somehow without ever being touched my location on the xbox was changed from the US to Australia.

 

Im guessing this isnt available in UK?
