Games Missing From Available Games In Xbox One

Hi, I have Complete Games Missing From Available Games In Xbox One.

Black Ops and ModernWarfare 3.

I sold my disc version of MW3 because Microsoft gave it as free content a few months ago with Games With Gold. Now it isnt available to download in My Games section on Xbox One.

I also believe that I re-purchased Black Ops and that isnt in my availbable games.

Any idea what I can do to correct this.

MW3 has never been a Games with Gold game, so you would either need a new disc or you would have needed to purchase it digitally it in order to play it.

As far as Black Ops, you can double check http://account.microsoft.com to see if it shows a transaction. If you did purchase it and are using the account that purchased it, it should
be in your ready to install list in games and apps. If you still can't find it and are 100% sure you bought it and are using the account that purchased it, you'll need to contact support. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Thanks, its been a while but I owned the disc and can remember absolutely selling the disc because MW3 became backward compatible (if it wasnt free download - as I just searched and seems it wasnt).... but in any case I wouldnt have sold it without owning it.

I will check another account I have on the console but I know for a fact that I purchased Bops, and had MW3 too. Il dig a little deeper. Thanks

I would search it on the store. If it says install, then you own it. If it says buy, then you dont. It may be a glitch after the recent UI update.

Thanks, I did have to return my xbox to microsoft because it messed up. But I have only just tried to find the games. especially MW3. BBut including BOps.

The two games are split with one being available from the 1st to the 15th and the second available from the 16th to the end of the month.

The first one for July was Defense Grid. Sorry but you have missed it now.

For future reference, I would recommend keeping an eye on majornelson.com for updates as to what will be available.
