Games make my laptop freeze since last windows 10 update

Hi all!

I'm from Hungary, and I kow this isn't the best place to be here, but the Microsoft support team couldnt help me and they sent me here, with my problem which is the following:

Since the latest windows 10 update (about 26th of September) my games are simply killing my laptop
(Asus X540LJ, win10 home 1607, i5 2,2ghz, 8g ram).

I play World of Warcraft mostly (original copy of course, and my windows 10 is original too), and after I launch the game, after about 10 mins of gameplay it freezes and I have to force shut down the system. If I'm starting the game from Battle.net,
not the installation folder it freezes instantly.

I've tried the following to solve it, but neither of these worked:

1. Turning off the firewall and/or antivirus, 2. Starting the game on a different user, 3. Starting the system in minimal mode, 4. Reinstalled the game like 3 times (and tried "Repair" inside the game too)

I've checked all the softwares and additional applications are up to date, and there are no third party programs running in the background

Please help me with my problem, and don't hate for posting this here, Thank you!

Tri-Peaks freezes

Windows 10 and the Collection used to run perfectly. Since the last MSC update, games - especially Tri-Peaks - freeze unexpectedly; often when I'm about to complete a clearance. Any reason?

Why won't Minecraft world show on second PC under same Microsoft Account?

I have built a world on my laptop with Minecraft Windows 10 Edition--logged in with XBox Live. When I log into Minecraft Windows 10 Edition on a second laptop--logged in with my same Microsoft Account, my world from the first laptop is not available.

I assumed it would be. Since the Better Together update is supposed to make it available on other types of devices, would it not also make it available on another PC?

Really sorry to hear about the PC trouble. Unfortunately, this is an Xbox Support forum and we're unable to assist with PC games outside of Play Anywhere titles. I recommend you reach out to the game publishers or your PC manufacturer for further assistance.

Mines been having hit and miss notifications since the last update.

Same here. Funny thing is, I sit next to my laptop with windows 10 and they will pop up on there lol

Error code: 0x803FB107, i should also mention that before this i updated my window 10 to 19003 for Sea of thieves.

EDIT: this must be a joke, because when i tried it on my laptop, it is currently downloading the game without updated window 10. (my laptop also doesn't have the xbox app installed.)

Downloading SoT anniversary edition, city skyline and ACA NERO GEO metal slug right now on my laptop. (without updates on console companion, window store, window 10)

How do i rollback to test it on my PC to see if it work? Deleted old updated to make space for a window 10 clean install before realise i could just go back to previous build.

So uninstalling/deleting XBOX games from my computer, will not compromise the operation of my laptop windows 10 Lenovo ideapad 110 computer; such as windows updates?

No, it won't. Just make sure to uninstall those through the Windows 10 option instead of just deleting the files.
