    Games keeps crashing and will not load


    I recently bought a new xbox one s. After using it for two days, the games start freezing and would not start. I tried all of the recommended support such as hard reset, or unplugging the power outlet and so on. Is there any other way to fix this? I need
    a permanent fix!

    Need For Speed game crash.

    My game keeps crashing before it can load a race. And it seems to crash about 5 minutes after leaving the garage. (This is the digital version.)

    Heya tallaznperson.

    Sorry to hear about the game freezing trouble! To start out, can you try uninstalling one of the games you're having trouble with, power cycle your Xbox One, and then reinstall it to see if there's any change with performance? That often clears up trouble such
    as freezing.
