    Games keep randomly quiting to home screen.


    I've had this issue ever since I installed the recent update for the Xbox One. Before that I haven't experienced a problem like this and I hear it's a fairly common bug or glitch with the RAM or Software. Personally, I don't think there's anything wrong
    with the RAM. I think it's Microsoft's update that's caused the occurance. Is there anyone else that's currently experiencing this problem?

    Xbox quitting game and returning to home screen randomly

    I get this occasionally too, I am pretty sure it's only been on Peggle 2 so far though.

    This started happening to me last night. Typically happened when I had just got past a bit I was struggling with in BF4 (yes, I am that bad at it. Lol). Now can't get anywhere in my SP game without it doing it. Can pay multiplayer tho and Fifa works fine. Might go try and swap my Xbox today as it needed replacing anyway. Bit annoying but to be honest it has really bothered me a great deal. Just one of the problems of being an early adopter I guess

    same thing is happening to me and tech support is awfull they have no idea whats going on. I dont know if I should return mine to the store or hold out and see what MS is going to do.

    Are you able to get back into the game? When you say Rebooted are you saying that your saves are gone and starting form the beginning? You can try uninstalling the game and re-installing it.

    I've read of a few possible solutions you could try. 1st of all. Did you turn on the "Fast Game Switching" option? That option shows "in beta". Try turning that back off. It's in the system settings, actually can't remember exactly if the option is under
    that category or "Disc & Blu-ray". If that doesn't work, do a complete system shut down. Make sure nothing is running in the background, nothing downloading, nothing being saved. Hold down the Xbox Nexus button on the console itself till it shuts down. Shouldn't
    be more than 5 seconds. Once that's done, unplug from the outlet for 30 seconds. Then try again. Let us know if this works for you or not.
