Games Keep Queueing

I am trying to download Halo MCC and Halo 5 but both games keep getting to a certain point where they will not download any further. They get stuck and just keep going into a queued downloading then queuing again.

I have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it

Restarting the console

Hard restarting the console and unplugging all the wires and turning it back on

Nothing has worked. Does anyone know anything else I can do to fix this?

Cross Game Queueing?

During the original Xbox One announcement there was discussion of being able to queue in one game while playing another. I understand that players would require to have all digital or be prepared to change discs on the fly, but has this feature been added
already? If so, how do you go about queuing for one game while playing another?

Both games are quite large. Can you please try downloading only one game at a time to see if it works that way?

Games with gold will automatically be there if you queue it

Keep in mind to get 360 games with gold you need to live in an xbox live country and have an matching account region.

And have an valid payment options on file for 360 website or queue it in your 360

My position in the queue changes from 1 to 586,261 constantly with a fixed 1 second wait time. I have been waiting in the queue for over 30 minutes. I have tried doing the Europe server trick and restarting my console but keep getting extended queue wait
times. It's always awesome to buy a game and not be able to play it.

What happens when you try to play it? Does it even try to load?

It's probably just a dirty disc. My sons Fifa did the same and the disc looked clean. We cleaned it anyway and it worked. Maybe try pausing the PUBG update and then try loading up BF1. If it works then resume updating.

If you are getting an error code, please post it, and we may be able to help determine the cause. Out of curiosity, is one of the updates in queue for Battlefield 1?
