    Games keep crashing to the home screen


    I have had this problem for a short while where digital downloads and cd games keep returning me to the home screen. I cannot use it for more than a couple of minutes on some occasions. I have done all the steps that microsoft recommend and after a full
    factory reset i am still having the same problems.

    It does not appear to be time specific and with a load of new games bought for christmas i need a quick fix

    Let's try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation
