    Games keep crashing to home on Xbox Series X


    Hey everyone,

    I got my new Xbox Series X on Wednesday afternoon and played about an hour or so of Yakuza: Like a Dragon with no issues before I went to bed. However, the next day almost every game that I tried to play crashed within a few minutes or so and kicked me back
    to the home screen. Watch Dogs Legion, Gears Tactics, and Forza Horizon 4 all did the same thing. I even deleted and reinstalled Watch Dogs, but it still did the same thing after I booted it again. Oddly, only Tetris Effect Connected allows me to play in peace,
    but basically everything else refuses to run for any length of time. What can I do? Am I going to have to reset my console to factory settings and reinstall everything? I've got my SSD basically filled and I'd hate to have to do all of that again.

    EDIT: I've confirmed the problem with Assassin's Creed Valhalla as well, and now Yakuza is experiencing the issue, too. I'm currently testing backwards compatible games and they seem to run just fine, even with the expected enhancements
    from running on Series X; it's the games optimized for Series X|S that crash within minutes of starting up.

    Atm its an ongoing issuse, i find it happening most with AC:Val and COD:CW. It happens also with Rouge Company and MK11Ultimate.

    If its running without crashing on the second xbox series x in your home, the problem we all are having is perhaps with a bad console that has some inherent manufacturing problems and belongs to earliest manufactured lot when xbox series x was just launched.
