Games keep crashing on start up

I reset to factory twice. I did the USB key install thing three times. Absolutely nothing worked.

Around a week ago I downloaded the ea access hub and downloaded Madden 15 but the game. Froze and crashed on start up and xbox restarted back to home screen . Next NHL 15 same thing now FIFA 15 never got any of these to work. Discussed issue with
xbox support on twitter over the weekend ,went through the usual fixes but nothing worked. Arranging a repair but is this the console or something else ?

Are there any updates on this issue? I'm glad I found this thread because I thought I was the only one. I was on the phone with Comcast and Xbox tech support the entire day yesterday. The xbox techs had no idea about the issue and could offer no solutions
other that blaming Comcast for my packet loss when downloading games. I explained that I've been using the same connection since launch and never experienced this issue. After all of this the Xbox tech decided to just send me out a new console. After reading
the problems people are having though, I wonder if that will even help. I recognized the issue after downloading the Forza demo. Any time I opened it, the game would immediately crash and boot me out to the dashboard. I downloaded multiple demos to make sure
it was the xbox and not the demo itself. Same issue with every other game. The odd thing is that any game I had before this issue still works perfectly fine. Destiny, Madden, the ea access Peggle. They all run just fine, but anything I download from this point
on just crashes.

I have an issue where no games will load up and the blu ray player will play a blu ray but it just gets stuck on the loading screen, Destiny keeps on saying you have no Internet connection, however when I go to settings and test my connection it comes up
with the message 'everything is good your console is connected to the Internet' the only issue I can spot is with my multiplayer connection which states cannot find Teredo IP address??

I have tried everything except factory reset, I can play madden 15 and fifa 14 digital but I cant play fifa 15 demo or forza dics.

I've thrown in the towel. I was right at 30 days since my Xbox One purchase so I took the unit back to GameStop as a defective unit for exchange. Of course due to Destiny getting released they had no XB1s in stock so I have to wait a week for a new one to
be shipped.

At least I will be getting a working XB1; too bad I can't opt out of future updates until it's known if they're safe or not.

I was finally able to get mine working. Hopefully this will help someone.

So I picked up my 4th brand new xbox one on Friday. I got it at a different location and the guys at GameStop opened it up and tested it before I left the store. They didnt have one with the kinect so that was the only difference console wise.

They took the TitanFall disc, it installed and started working fine. Then they started doing the download for Forza. Unfortunately their wireless was really slow so I only got to 20% in an hour so we paused the install and installed a few apps and they worked
flawlessly.

Got home, started the forza download back up, was able to play TitanFall with no issues. Started a game in Forza and it locked up on the 2nd race. After that I got the same thing I had before game would start and then kick me back to the home screen. I installed
Destiny and it started up. Said it needed to do an update and the update kept failing. So now I'm like WTF.

Got on the Forza fourms and someone said the issue with forza locking up is due to the updates may not be downloading and installing clean. They also suggested if you're using a wired ethernet connection to switch to wireless and try it out. So I uninstalled
forza, switched to my wireless and let it download. Now the download on wireless was def alot slower than when I'm wired. But it installed and I started the game. It pulled down my saved game from the cloud and I started the 2nd race and everything worked
fine. powered down the xbox it came back on and TitanFall and Forza worked. So then I uninstalled Destiny and reinstalled it. The update went through fine and I was able to play.

Since then I've been able to play TitanFall, Forza, and Destiny no problems. Its weird that the wireless works with no issue but the wired dose not. On the wired side I've opened all the ports and my NAT is open, on the wireless it says my NAT is moderate
but I got no lag, all the downloads work with no issues. I've even been able to download and use the DLC with no problems.

Hopefully this helps you BallLikeDrose1 and others having issues. One other thing to note is I read somewhere that this guy said once he got his working he clears the blu-ray cache before he shuts down and he does a reboot like every 2 days. I'm definitely
going to be doing that moving forward.
