    Are you trying to install a disc based games or a digital game? Do you receive any error code when you try to install the game?

    If you're playing on Xbox you cannot install anything not on the in-game store.

    There are many add on planes in the store for you to choose from

    You have the problem with the Xbox app to install games not with Forza as is still not installed, so you need to reset the Xbox app and the Microsoft store
