Hey there, do they show up on your account.microsoft.com page? I would also recommend to power cycle your console. To do this: Hold down the power button for 10 seconds, then turn it back on. Let us know what happens!

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. If you're logging into the exact same Microsoft/Xbox account on an Xbox One, you should be able to access the games that you've purchased. I recommend

checking your purchase history in the account itself from a PC or other device to ensure the transactions have gone through correctly as well.

Regarding the game, Kings Quest, it doesn't appear to be listed as a backwards compatible game, if you've purchased the

360 version of King's Quest. There is a different
Xbox One version available for purchase, so please be sure that you've gotten the right version for your device.
