    Hello,

    i have following problem: Some of the games i have claimed on Xbox Live Gold a while back do not show up in my library. This is not just a listing problem, because when i look for them in the store it tells me i have to buy them again. Games i know i have this problem with are: Lego Star Wars 3, Lego Star Wars TCS and Tomb Raider Definitive Edition. There are probably some i forgot about, since this is a problem i had for quite a long time now. I thought that this is one of the things that would be fixed automatically, though it did not happen. The reason i‘m bringing this up on my own now is because i wanted to play through the Lego Star Wars games before the Skywalker Saga comes out and i know i have claimed these before, they even show up in my achievement list. If anyone knows how to fix this or someone from Microsoft can fix this, i would be very thankful of it.

    Games with Gold game missing from collection

    Just to confirm, any Xbox 360 games that you claim via GWG
    are yours to keep permanently. You only lose the Xbox One titles claimed, when your XBL Gold/or XGPU subscriptions lapse.

    If you renew your subscription, you will have access to previously claimed X1 games. :)

    Are you trying to play "Games with Gold" that you had previously claimed? Or is this a problem claiming new Games with Gold?

    Yes I know this, the games previously downloaded are still playable, however the place I went into to download all of these games has now completely disappeared! Yes the games with gold! It is telling me to Upgrade my Xbox live to gold, even though I have
    gold and can still play online and join parties. Thank you for your reply :)

    Were you able to claim the game when it was added to the games with gold?

    Games with gold that was previously claimed will not be removed.
