    if I bought the games on my xbox and my xbox was stolen can i still have digital copies of the games to play online pc xbox and for some games it seems like I have to use a different platform? How would that work for games ive paid for?

    The games you purchased are tied to your account, not the console. So as long as you're still using the same account, you can use the games on another console. If the games are Play Anywhere games, they can be played on the PC without having to repurchase them. They would show in your library in the Microsoft Store app and/or the Xbox app and you can install them from there.
