So I did go and look on the account site like you said and I noticed that it has my gamepasses and all the other stuff but I noticed it doesn't have my games so I kinda got confused and then I remembered I went to my email and started going back to those dates and I remembered that someone got into that old account and messed everything up in Microsoft healthy move everything over to this account and they said everything was working fine everything has been working fine for the last couple of days it hasn't so I hope that is not the reason but it's been more than a year since I've moved everything over to a new email on the account I don't know OK thank you for the help

Hello there! Please try to check your games in the order history in this following website : Microsoft account | Home just to make sure that the purchase was through your account. However, if the games are in the account, I suggest to remove your account and perform power cycle to your console then add it back.

Yes yes hello So what I did is I went back and I got rid of all the accounts on my Xbox went through everything and then I re downloaded everything and re put everything back in and yet it still says the same thing so I've tried everything I've looked on my purchasing I've looked on what I paid for my everything that's that's connected to it and it says everything's been paid for it everything and yet nothings working it keeps telling me to go pay for it I don't get it I've tried everything so far I've I've like I said erased my race my email off the face off the Xbox and then redownloaded it and then got all the games back on there you know I even had these backed up on the cloud and you know but nothing so I don't understand what's going on it's it's very frustrating very frustrating but I've tried everything I've like I said I look at all my purchase history it's everything is there everything so I don't know what else to do

every game and everything I've downloaded was through my Xbox 360 so I always had that information I've had this account for long time so not only did I check on where it says your purchase history on the Xbox 360 I also went on to my computer and looked on my account on there 'cause I had the Xbox you know at the time was a live account and I looked on there and it shows my games they're still there so I don't understand what's going on I I don't get it I've been over this know where this order last couple days trying to figure this out before I contact anyone but I can't get nothing to work so I don't know what else to do hope there's something out something maybe fix this I don't know
