Games I own saying I need to be online.

Since you have purchased the game Hogwarts Legacy: Digital Deluxe Edition, indeed you should be able to access the game on Xbox One console with no problem.

You will need to perform some basic troubleshooting steps in order to fix this. Please remove your Microsoft account (Where the game Hogwarts Legacy was purchased) from your Xbox One console > restart your console > re-add your Microsoft account > then check to see if it works here's how to remove your account:

1.Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

2.Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3.Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

> then restart your console and proceed with re-adding your Microsoft account. You've got nothing to worry as this will not delete your saved data progress.

Then check if you can launch the game Hogwarts Legacy: Xbox One version on your Xbox One console.

Hello There ! I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Then, select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

After you will need to perform a quick power cycle on your console, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2 to 3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

Regarding the error message you are getting, you will need first to make sure that the games you are trying to play are owned by the account that you are signed in with.

Please try following the steps on this link View your Microsoft Store order history in order to check your orders history, and make sure that you own those games on the account, and that they were not shared by another one.

Try also to check and make sure that those games were not installed from a subscription for free and now the subscription has expired.

Go to settings> account> subscriptions.

Also make sure to check that your internet connection is set up correctly.

Are you currently signed in to the account that owns the license to the game?

I would first suggest
Remove / Add the profile from the Xbox console .

Once you've tried that, go to the Xbox Store on the console and try to launch the game from there.
