Games I bought aren't downloading

I bought two games last night with most of their DLC's and they won't download. They keep saying that their in queue just for them to say installing for a minute then say installation cancelled. I tried both wireless conections, my wired conection, restarting, signing out and back in, and just waiting. After the games say installation stopped they will try to restart the downloading process with no success. I tried to report the problem but i needed to download the app to report issues on xbox just for it to download and say the same thing for the other games. I bought WRC 10 and F1 2019. The DLC's that came with WRC 10 were WRC 10 Arena Panzerplatte SSS, WRC 10 Mitsubishi Lancer Evo V 1998, and the WRC 10 career Starter pack. F1 2019 I got the Leggends Edition pack and the Anniversery Edition DLC pack. All of this was accuring on my xbox one s. I do not know how to fix it and I need help.

Cancel the download and delete the files. Then try this;

- Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

- Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

- Press and hold the Pair button (located on the left side of the console) and the Eject button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.

- Continue holding the Pair and Eject buttons for 10-15 seconds.

- Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the Pair and Eject buttons after the second power-up tone.

- The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

If your console doesn't have an Eject button, you can bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter on this console by holding only the Pair button (steps 3 & 4) and then pressing the Xbox button. Continue holding the Pair and Eject buttons for 10-15 seconds.

- Once you see the Startup Troubleshooter, select Factory Reset and then choose "Keep Games and Apps"

- Once the Reset is complete, you'll be prompted to sign into your console using your Microsoft account credentials, after which you'll choose your preferred settings and your console should display normally again.

NB: A factory reset keeping games and apps will not delete your game saves as they are backed up in the cloud and will resync once you've signed in.

Afterwards try to install them again.

Having the same issues myself. Recently bought a 360 to play some games that aren't backwards compatible and I can't get my profile downloaded onto the console. I get the same error saying my credentials aren't correct. I can log in fine on my series X and the xbox website. I've turned reccuring billing off and on and turned 2 step off and on and still can't get my profile downloaded to the 360 console.

Yeah I bought the season pass but xbox won't let install the maps. they aren't popping up. and when I go to download in game it says "Premium Content is blocked for this profile". I have my content restrictions set to unrestricted.

Aren't the Doom games banned in Germany? Either way Germany has strict laws regarding video game violence.

my son had completed all the missions. so i i bought him the season pass. when he goes to the 'phone' there still aren't any missions. shouldnt the new missions from the seasons pass be there? went to in game menu, downloadable content and it says already
downloaded. where the heck are the missions, for example, 'Trouble With Clones'?
