Games Hub not showing on Home screen

I have three profiles, and on two of them on the information tiles, next to the last four tabs opened, it shows the information relevant to that game, i.e. the games hub, friends playing etc show up fine, but on my main account none of that is
showing , the information bar is blank.. Anyone help?

Hey there JackInTheBox996.

Have you tried pinning the game to your home screen? If you haven't done so, that should keep the game showing on your home screen even if you're not playing it.

Issue installing games and everything is black on my dash

Ah, sussed it - it's a problem caused by the BT home hub - by starting Intermet Explorer it takes you to the home hub web page and once you've gone through the configuration screen all the pics appear on the tiles. Now to do some gaming..

Xbox One usually has a Friends section to the right of Home and before Store. Have you updated your Xbox with the most recent Dashboard updates as it sounds like you see the layout of how the console looked at launch.

A new update released today which you should get if possible. If you believe you have the latest update please post your OS version, you can get that info from:

To find your Xbox One console’s operating system version:

Press the Xbox button to return to Home.

Press the Menu button and select Settings (or select Settings on the Home screen).

Select System.

Select Console info.

Your OS version is the third row down.

I take it back it's going black again.

Sorry mate, totally missed your post. I'll give the router a run through when i get home and report back.

Pretty sure it's not that though as the router (BT Home Hub) usually shows as open in various games.
