Games Hub is Disfunctional in certain regions. [HELP]

Hi there, I am from Greece. In August we had this problem where the marketplace appeared to be empty along with some other regions. As soon as the dashboard, games etc came back, the games section became disfunctional as it does not show anything at all
except the green tiles "Most Popular, my games, for Kinect, Search Games, Browse Games, Advertisement". This is absolutely annoying because we can't see games with gold, sales and all the other stuff. Additionaly, the main section of the dashboard is also
disfunctional as it is NOT updating and shows the same things for weeks. With all these, and with the silly idea of requesting a credit card in order to purchase from marketplace.xbox.com the Xbox 360 is becoming complicated to use. Could you please pass it
to some representative or I don't know who, who can get this sorted out? It's really annoying to see these green tiles all the time and nothing working as before.

The only way is to fix your region and add billing info from your region

If you're are having issues doing their rrgion migration you need to contact support

Also based on your other answer Virgin.media has issues with large downloads with certain modem hubs that they sell they have to be replaced it's their home hub

Delete your marketplace cache and then clear system cache and then delete your live account then recover it

 

Yes, please fix it. Its so annoying.

 

ngocphi this is NOT an account or console issue. The proof is that games are not appearing properly on our achievements pages on xbox.com. It's their issue and they have to fix this! Come on no one here from Xbox Support is able to answer?

 

Hey snikefriend, I just chatted with Microsoft Support by their website, and the agent I talked to, was so kind that he forwarded our case to their High tier team, so they looking on it now. I hope that they will get our issue fixed as soon as possible.
