    Games greyed out


    Hi I just bought a copy of this game (played it years ago on the wii and loved it) before I bought it i checked a few forums etc and they suggested there were still plenty players online...however, having d/loaded all maps,...when I go into multiplayer mode
    all games are greyed out and a message say unlocked at PFC (lv1) my connection is good, all the other MW/COD games I have fine online...just this one failing...ideas anyone or have a wasted my cash?

    Balance greyed out

    I'm unable to use my account balance to pay for things in my Xbox! The balance appears greyed out. What can I do?

    Hi BlemosCaldas,

    Hey, only with a credit card added to your account Microsoft, so you can get the subscription from your Xbox. On the other hand, you can redeem a card of Xbox Live Gold membership purchased at stores.

    Hi, not original poster,

    But having exact same issue, i have power cycled, i have restarted, i have unplugged it for half hour (read somewhere that this helped with clearing caches, no idea if true but thought worth a shot, if you could confirm that to be true or not that would
    also be handy!), I have changed networks, done everything i can think of,

    Any help would be appreciated as this means i can no longer play anything with friends unless its through sheer luck of dropping into their world or game....

    I've had the same problem trying to play Battlefront 2 and other games with my friends. I thought maybe my account perms were messed up but they were fine. I don't get why this happens and this is the first time I've seen someone else mention it, kind
    of comforting to know it's not just me and my friends.

    Join game greyed out.

    Also, i can invite them to game and then they can join but the just can't join without having to ask me first. Is there some random button that disallows friends from joining?
