Games gone missing

Hi!

Try removing your account and adding it again.

This seems to fix most issues such as the one you've mentioned above.

- Hit the home button

- Go to settings

- Go to account

- Select remove accounts

- Select the account you wish to remove.

When you've done this, restart your console.

When you're back on, you'll be asked to sign in. Simply sign in with the account you removed and hopefully this should fix your issue.

If not, I recommened contacting Xbox Support and explaining your situation to them!

For those games, does it ask for you to purchase the game through the Xbox Store with your profile? Additionally, are there any other Gamertags on your Xbox One that may own that content instead and is being shared with you? To go over your purchase history
and the games you own, be sure to check

I have this issue, too. I was given a used Xbox and the person put games on it with their gt because they knew I could play them on my gt. Now, they are all gone or don't load when I start them. This is why I prefer discs to digital.
Also, all the games I got since November 2017 with Games With Gold are gone. Those ARE under my gt. All except the last three months are gone, so six games remain. I go to the store to retrieve the GwG but it says I have to buy them. And it does no good
to look up a game at the store someone else bought me. I used to have around 30 games on there and now it's 9. The other 3 are games I got on the 360 several years ago. Why do this? This is why I left for Sony last time. Microsoft may have crossplay, but
Sony messed up an order and not only fixed the order, but gave me three months of Plus and $10 in my store wallet for the mistake. Microsoft tells the user how to fix it and does nothing for the inconvenience. I wish Sony had crossplay, but I'll take customer
appreciation every time.

have you gone into the games file by clicking manage game to look for the missing content?
