Games going missing from library

Its most likely a corruption error in the saves or download itself.

You can most likely visit the game store to view the games you don't see and redownload them.

If it asked for a purchase directly, you may need to contact Xbox support directly.

Try performing a hard reset. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Go to your games and then to Full Library and look for your missing games there. You can reinstall them from there. Probably the game you were missing in the first place will be waiting for you there as well.

Yes I checked my order history they're not on there and this is the only account that I have and use

I have recently upgraded my PC and I have the same issue. Logged in on the correct account, I have these games in my Microsoft account purchase history and they're not appearing in the Microsoft Store. I should point out the games were in the store initially but there was an error updating them so I went through some troubleshooting steps that reset the store app and that's when they disappeared.
