Games go black when I launch them

When I launch games like fifa 17 or gta 5 on my xbox they fail to launch, show a black screen and then crash. Smaller games like minecraft and rocket league manage to start but then crash after a minute or two. I have tried using the same profile an a different
xbox and the games have worked so it's definitely my xbox that is the problem. I have tried things like rebooting my console, re installing the games and more but none have them have worked, will I need to buy a new console?

Games won't launch!

Fairly often, my games will not launch. I'll try to launch them, but it'll go to the splash/launch screen or go black for a few seconds, then return to the dashboard. I can try reloading as many times as I want, but it doesn't work. It only works after
I turn off the console completely (not standby), and turn it back on. It's a pain, since it happens fairly often. This occurs when trying to launch the two digital games that I own/play; Killer Instinct and Battlefield 4.

 

Disconnection from Xbox Live

OK so far I have disconnected my router for 5 minutes, cleared the system cache, deleted my profile from xbox live, and connected my xbox directly to the router and to the modem and my system stays connected while playing video games now but it still disconnects
me when i launch Hulu, Netflix, or HBO GO. I even tried deleting all of those apps and downloading them again and it still disconnects me when I launch them. I do have the white wireless adapter. I don't beleive it would really help much by buying the newer
black wireless adapter because I stay connected to xbox live until I launch one of those apps, but should I consider buying the newer black wireless adapters?

To start out, what type of storage device are you using to install the games, internal storage or external? Also, do you happen to have a second profile you can test on your Xbox One to see if there's any change with that? Let us know what's up

 

I also started having this issue when trying to play overwatch earlier today. Xbox crashed when trying to play went to a black screen. had to reboot to get things back up and running. is this maybe a bug in an update?

 

Its internal storage and I tried my brothers profile on my console and the same thing happened, just went to a black screen and crashed :/

Can you try disconnecting your Xbox One from the internet and start a game while offline to see if there's any change? If that's not working still,

resetting to factory settings may help clear this up. You can try the reset without installing games and apps first, if that doesn't help try the full reset.
