    Games getting error code on startup


    error message " For some reason, took too long to start" on any game im trying to play. Any forza game does this. Ive done hard reset. Games are on a 4tb external if that helps.

    Error Code 101_107_1

    I am getting error code 101_107_1 at startup. Worked earlier today. I reinstalled it, but it made no difference.

    Update:

    I restarted the console and accepted the update prompt from immediately after startup.

    - Received the error code "42FE - 0000 - 3080 - 0502 - 8007 - 0468

    - Searched the error code in the error code search on this site.

    - Searched whole code with, without spaces, and the last 4 digits without space.

    - Came back Error code not found.

    I'm getting really upset.

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this issue. Sorry to hear that you're getting an error code on your console. The error code you're getting (E102) is a start up error code and we recommend that you use the Xbox
    One Startup Error Solution     to troubleshoot and resolve it using the wizard. Simply click the link in the previous sentence and select "E102" and it will provide you with the necessary steps to get you back in the game.

    Go ahead and give it a try and please let us know the results.

    I would first suggest turning off the console and unplugging it for 30 seconds and if that does not work, if you get to the troubleshooting page again, please select to reset your console but KEEPING games and apps.
