    Dear, Xbox for some odd reason the games on my xbox keep getting deleted every time I download them but I don't know why. Like last week I had all of my games. But this Saturday when I got on all of my games weren't on my account so today, Sunday, when I
    got on I had Modern warfare fully dowloaded with fortnite downloading but when I just got on my fortnite was downloaded but my modern warfare was deleted.

    Hello Rhino,

    If you remove your account from the console all digital games are tied to the profile. Once you re-download the profile all the games you currently own will still be there. So it is completely safe to remove your account from the console. Make sure you know
    the log in information for the account before removing it though,

    if you completely delete it, you'll lose everything on it.If you mean remove it from your console then no,you'll keep everything.

    Messages are auto-deleted after 30 days. There's no way to recover messages after they have been deleted.

    If profile banned, do you lose access to your digital copies?

    dunno but when you buy or download a game you get that license and the ability to get it back if you delete it but if you get banned that license is revoked and you cannot get it back so as long as you do not delete downloaded content and games you will
    be fine.
