Games from Xbox app, detects three different controllers from a single output

Hi!

So here is the deal - I bought game pass to try it out and beat hi-fi rush, and imagine my surprise, when I wasn't doing well with the beat, since it's a rythmic game, but thought that I am just bad. At one point, you get a companion who you call with R2 (RT). You also dodge with R1 (RB), but everytime I dodged, the game detected me calling my companion every time I dodged. And you dodge a lot in this game.

At first I checked if it also happened to other games on xbox and yes it is the case. But I got it somehow to work by updating DS4W, and playing with HidHide. Worked fine for a bit, but I disconnected the game pad, and it went back to it's previous state. I don't think I changed anything, but Hi-Fi Rush and other games like Gungrave are almost unplayable.

I tinkered and I am stuck with it in the same state, but just to be sure I played Aragami II, and it shows which button to use on the screen to perform certain actions, and there I saw it - to jump, it showed me, while doing anything with the pad twitching choice between A, X and Space. It didn't show in HFR, since they don't support ps4 controllers by default. Haven't seen anyone with similar problem.

I am using a usb cabel, hiding my ps4 controller, emulating xbox 360, pad worked fine with Epic Games Store (Hades), and Steam (Nier). I am not using any special mods, playing on lenovo legion 5. I tried turn off the mouse, but didn't disconnect the mouse from usb so maybe I will try that.

Someone got any clue? I will be thankful for anything.

Sony doesn't have official support for windows.

You'll need to find third party drivers for the pad

Third party programs that emulate pads are not officially supported

We understand the inconvenience caused. As per description, you encountered issues on your controller to play games on Xbox app on PC.

May we ask you to try the following steps please?

Power cycle - unplug the device from the main wall outlet and plug it back.
Update the Windows, drivers and controller.
If still the issue persists, uninstall/reinstall the games.

Hi, try changing the HDMI output option from Auto Detect to HDMI, then go back to the video output menu and try selecting 1080p. If the HDMI output is already set at HDMI then try changing that to Auto Detect.

How hard is it to write a program more professionally expressing what this is in real world terms:

1. Audio sensors, listen for coded audio.

2a if coded audio then detect language of code:

2aI if dolby language detected. Set output to Dolby Headphones,

2aII If DTS language detected ,set output to DTS.

2b if uncoded. Set output to Windows Sonic.

I bought both the license from Dolby with the Dolby Atmos Headphone app and from DTS with the DTS Headphone X App. And I still have to play security games with Xbox?

There is one thing Xbox has that (i guess) professional audio equipment doesn't: versatility. You'd think it would have the ability to detect audio codes and adjust just the output setting to match the codes. The Xbox Prime (the one we used to call the Xbox One before the 360's successor appropriated that name) DOES have the ability to convert DTS to Dolby if Dolby is selected on and DTS is selected off. (And vice versa)

Isn't converting DTS to Dolby conversions and vice versa more complex that pairing the right headphone app with the media it is currently playing. I paid for the license to convert communal coded sound to headphone surround, yet i don't have the ability to autodetect sound codes, but professional sound equipment can?
