    I have been trying to play fortnite since jan 12...the game starts and is pixelated and then freezes up and closes. I have had a few other games do the same. I have already did a hard reset....clear cache, reboot with games saved, rebbot ot factory,
    uninstalled.....re installed.... etc etc...it still does the same thing. I need HELP.

    How old is the Xbox? Have you tried a different HDMI cable if the screen isn't looking correct? Or maybe another monitor/TV?

    Is the game closing itself? Freezing up then closing? Does any other games do this?

    I believe, 3/20 matches must be met before you'll receive the -75% exp lose.

    Nope no error codes the game just freezes up, giving no option except to click the X in the upper right corner and close out the game and restart it.

    If u are having freezing installation issues, try this

    go to settings>power and start up>restart now to close out all apps and games that might be open in the background
