Games freeze then make a loud Buzzing g sound

All of my games have been freezing during the middle finger a game. The games will freezing then a loud buzzing sound comes out of the speakers and then it will kick me out to the dashboard. It just started happening. At first I thought it was just a problem
with FO4, but then it does this with any game I play. Anyone else have this problem and had it resolved? Xbox support suggested hard restaring, reinstalling game, blah blah but nothing has worked.

I would hate to have the buy another system.

This is happening to me too. Does yours have a loud buzzing sound when it freezes in campaign?

 

Xbox one freezing and crashing then turning off

Everyday I get one my xbox one and try to play a game and my xbox 1 makes a loud buzzing noise and then freezes then shuts off help please!

 

*middle of a game. Not middle finger. Gosh.

 

Sounds very much like a hardware failure, still under warranty?

 

Did you try a hard restart while also unplugging the power for a minute? Sounds like a cache issue.

 

Sounds like the flux capacitor has failed, or is getting low on plutonium. Call doc up....

 

The games are crashing.

They shouldn't be though.

The advice for clearing your cache is the best advice you've been given in this thread.

 

The system itself wasn't making the loud buzzing sound. The audio through the television was making the buzzing sound when the game crashed. Maybe a frozen sound loop or something. I did try a hard reset by resetting my system through the system settings
and not deleting games or apps. So far so good. We'll see though.

And PS. I replaced the Flux capacitor weeks ago.

 

Happens to me on occasion - sucks every time.

 

It happens on occasions. It's a little of all of the following, Development not optimized, Xbox One Hardware being taxed (but circular from poorly optimized Software) and a side-effect of Design of the Xbox One itself.

It (the Xbox One) is designed when an App crashes from whatever reason to return to the Dashboard and fail Launch of the App or continued operation.

In short, it's not really anything to worry about.

 

This has only happened for me playing FO4. I don't recall ever having any other game do this other than FO4.

 

It's happened to me once or twice but certainly not a regular occurrence.

 

I've seen it from time to time. Wouldn't worry too much as long as it's only occasional. If it happens frequently, and with different games, you may want to get in touch with support to troubleshoot.

 

I've had this happen quite frequently on the 360 while playing Fallout New Vegas, though so far has only happened twice on the One with Black Ops III; hasn't happened since the first update yet. I believe LostKaus has the definitive explanation.
