    I have had full version of Windows 10 since 2015. All updates have been applied. I downloaded and installed free games - solitaire, jigsaw and sudoku and play daily challenges regularly. Now it takes a long time to sign in even though I have signed into
    the computer with my Microsoft email and password credentials. This week I can no longer get into jigsaw and sudoku easily. The latter has lost all my history (daily challenges) because it opens another window which says: "Choose another item This in-app purchase
    item is no longer available in Microsoft Sudoku. [CV:bSml5x+6okmQJRsX.21.2]"

    I have tried to open Windows Store to download a new version of the games (suggestion in the forums) but it won't open - just goes round and round. Likewise when I try to open the Xbox app.

    Does this mean I now have to pay for these "free" games?

    Sign is does not work on W10

    I moved to Windows 10 and now I cannot sign in when starting Microsoft Sudoku.

    I get the following message:

    Choose another item

    This in-app purchase item is no longer available in Microsoft Sudoku

    Last Update has Ruined The Game

    I quite agree with you. Jigsaw is the only game that freezes. No problem with Sudoku or Mahjong. Also jigsaw takes a long time to load!

    FIX! | Xbox 360 Xbox Live Sign In Problems - Feb/Mar 22

    Here's my idea:

    Try to find out around how long it takes to get to the error after you enter your password, and it fails

    Then subtract about 2 seconds the next time and instead of freezing the Xbox at 20%, freeze it at wherever that point is

    So, for example:

    Say you count it and it takes 7 seconds to error out after you enter your password

    The next time, press the Xbox button on the controller after 5-6 seconds to freeze it

    Then, after your profile shows up in gray, do a soft reset (just turn off the console *DONT UNPLUG* and restart)

    After the console restarts, try to sign in again without freezing the Xbox

    Sudoku game start up freezes on Surface Pro

    My Microsoft Sudoku game no longer starts. Have reloaded Microsoft Solitaire collection and at the bottom chosen Microsoft Sudoku game and each time I start it I get initial Microsoft Sudoku starting screen and then it shifts to a blank blue screen and
    freezes.

    Multiple downloads have also failed and checked for Microsoft Updates and completed those....

    Any suggestions to restore Sudoku? Note other Microsoft Solitaire games work from the collection.

    Not Able to Select Profiles (Update Problem?)

    Imhaving the same issue freezing after the update and can't play games nor apps I get the error code in question and the error my games and appears taking too long to open please someone help us

    Signing in takes a long time

    Hello. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your profile signing in. This could be some kind of network problem going on in the background. First thing I would try is sign in to your profile, and then clear your system cache. This could clear
    up some free space on your hard drive. You could also delete your profile, and redownload your profile, here is the link for that.
