GAMES FREEZE OR LOST DATA

There was a problem with save game data getting lost, but never heard of or had crashing.

Try to remove you console's HDD and put it back in place. Sometimes data gets lost because of the HDD has lost connection.

Turned on my xbox after a few days of not playing and surprise! No profile, no games. All games I paid for gone and saved game data. All my minecraft maps that I spent hours creating, gone. Should have listened to my dad and stayed away from Microsoft products.
Guess we will get a ps4 to game on.

I got that same message about can't store any more, go to Setting, System, Storage... I could not believe how many saves there were locally. Gigs. There was some sort of crazy, excess saving going on. I wondered if that was related to the game freezing for 5 seconds, on Xbox Series X, every time it auto saved. So I deleted LOCAL SAVES like I've done many times and now my only option is NEW GAME. My cloud saves are gone. I had finished HOS, B&W and was in the late game. That is not a good feeling.

You can redownload the profile and any games/content you've purchased from the marketplace, but unless you had it backed up anywhere else, you cannot restore game saves.
