Games Freeze, But Not System?

Got a CoD: AW edition XB1 last week and have had a few issues with it. It was originally noisy, but that went away with the first system update. Then, I had Titanfall freeze the screen during an online match while making an irritating noise (the audio, not
console). It only happened once so I thought it wasn't an issue. Then, I had huge issues downloading Advanced Warfare (took 4 tries of 12+ hours, finally downloaded after 16 hours the fourth time). The multiplayer matches freeze every 3 or 4 games and it sends
me back to the dashboard after the screen freeze. It also happens in the campaign at a certain spot. Has anyone else had these freezing issues with games?

I made a video showing what happens in the campaign. The Twitter XBOX support has tried to help, but I figured I'd try to see what help is here as well. Anyone else having these issues or have any fixes?

Xbox loads games but freezes if i sign in or try to load games signed in? Games work fine if not signed in but if i do sign in it instantly freezes?

worst game for me for freezing was fifa 14 everytime i did the training part game would freeze and goto desktop not had a freeze in this game yet but only played a few mins

have you tried power cycling your console like mentioned here:
support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console ?

It may have some positive affect on the freezing etc.

I have power cycled, reset my home router (even though that has no effect on single player crashing), cleared the save date and then re-sync'ed it, uninstalled/reinstalled, tried holding the power button for 10+ seconds, added port forwarded, and everything
else I have read online. After two days of researching it now, it seems to be a massive issue for a lot of players on multiple games.

 

Does it freeze when doing single player games as well? And to be sure you are currently only experiencing it with CoD AW ?

 

I am having the same issues with the xbox one cod aw. I freeze at some point in every multi-player match. It is just an in game freeze as it sends me to the console home. This only happens on AW.

 

The only option left tht I can think of is uninstalling the game, power cycle, reinstall the game.

I know that's a very time consuming one and it may not even help.

Other then that I'm afraid I'm out of options.
