Games Forums Cleanup Round 2

Hey all!

We are starting the second round of cleaning up the games forums. Specifically, we are removing game forums that have very little/no activity within the last year. This way we can reduce the amount of clutter within these forums.

If you'd like to make a post and don't see the specific game forum you like to ask a question about/discuss, simply create a post here in the General
Games Discussion forum.

Games Forums Cleanup Incoming

Heyo all! One of the biggest feedback items that we've received on the new forums platform is that there are simply too many forums. It makes the whole place feel cluttered and gets confusing when you're trying to find the right place to make a post. We
couldn't agree more.

In an effort to clean things up a bit, we're taking a pass at the games forums first. There are literally hundreds of individual forums and a large percentage of them have either no posts at all or no new posts in several months (years in some cases). For
those forums, we're going to be placing them into read-only mode for a couple of weeks on the off chance that anyone wants to copy their posts out of there. After that, we'll be disabling these forums. Anyone who, in the future, wants to make a post in one
of these game forums can simply create their post in the
General Game Discussion forum.

Also, there are several franchises that we'll be collapsing. In those cases, we noticed that there's enough activity on the franchise itself to warrant an entire forum, but keeping each game separate was causing too much disconnect with the community there.
Look for those franchises to start being reduced to one or two subforums.
