Games for Windows Marketplace

I am trying to access "Games for Windows Marketplace" so i can get the DLC packs for Fallout 3. The in game "Live" linked me to use "Games for Windows Marketplace" but every time i try to log into the program it get error code 80070005. I have tryed contacting
microsoft and Xbox live support and no help at all. can anyone help?

Same problem here. Seems like you can't get to the new terms of service by your own. The link shown on the error screen doesn't work either and the code (8015403A) can't be found on this website. Don't know what to do against that.

Games for Windows Live Marketplace has been shut-down since August 25, 2013. Your existing purchased content remains yours, although the ability to new/additional content through the Marketplace is no longer possible.

Having a problem access content I purchased in 2011. When I open Games for Windows Marketplace I receive the error, "There was a problem retrieving you purchase history. Please sign out and try again later."

thank you for your replys, but still, it does not help as the Game for Windows is installed correctly (or at least, seems to).

in any page of the Game for Windows, you see the same message.

Question is, is this app still working under Windows 7?

is it still required?

or shall i pay for a windows 10?
