Games for Windows Marketplace don't work while i am log in

I need help!

Hello,

i have a problem with Games for Windows Marketplace for Windows. I wanted to play GTA IV after a long time. But the Program "Games for Windows Marketplace" don't work. If I want to log in to Games for Windows, the window will appear that the program is no
longer working. How can i fix this? Or is the service for this game complete down? Or is there a way to get around this?

Trouble connecting to "Games for Windows Live" while in the game.

Hello.

I feel like you did not read my post. The first thing you said was "If you can’t sign in to Games for Windows Marketplace or a Games for Windows game, try the following solutions." However I said that I CAN sign in to games for windows market place. Until
about 5 mins ago I had no problem signing in to windows live while in the game while I at home. It was only when I was away and tethered my laptop to my phone for internet that I was not able to log in to windows live but still able to log into Games for
Windows marketplace.

New development. I just got home where I normally have no problem playing or logging in to anything. However now I can't log in to Windows live while in the game again. Everywhere else I can. I tried this page while I was tethered to see if that would
let me log in. support.microsoft.com/.../935310

But I didn't think I changed anything. Any any rate. Can't log in under any conditions now when I was just able to yesterday.

 

Some games on Windows 8 are unable to connect with Xbox Live

what do you do when that doesn't work. I had that issue when i first installed windows 8, jut to sign into the marketplace, then after that the marketplace worked, but every game i have tried crashes when it tries to log into xbox live account

First, your English is perfectly fine! Second, I'd like to get a bit of clarification from you about your situation. When you go to sign into the Games For Windows Live client, does the screen freeze? Or does your purchase history fail to load?

Knowing that will help us out a lot.

As a translation: Games for Windows (R) Marketplace does't work anymore. This happen, while i am try to log in to my account.

In most Youtube tutorials the program is indicated as a solution around the GTA 4 runs. Say a new version of Games for Windows Live.

Where did you download the Client from? Was it from this link?
http://www.xbox.com/LIVE/PC/DownloadClient

If not, you'll want to uninstall your current client as well as the "Live Redistributable" from your Programs and Features menu and then use the link above.
