Hi there - Firstly, please refrain from cussing as it will probably make people less inclined to helping you out, as well as contravening the forum guidelines.

Try un-installing the DLC from your Xbox, clear your cache, and then re-download the DLC pack. When you load up the game, as the cache has been cleared, you'll be prompted to download the latest patch again. If this doesn't work, please get back in touch
with Xbox Support, either via the forums, the ambassador chat, or @Xboxsupport

Update they are aware of the problem and are working to fix it, the market place for windows and windows phones are also down.

it seems logical to convert to cash, as the games and apps on windows phone are sold as cash and the same goes for games for windows and possibly the new market place on windows 8, and to have everything merging together they would have to dump the points
system.
